Eligible for Returns/Exchanges: Defective, damaged, or wrong items received. Report within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
How to Return: Contact us at contact@animecult.in with your order number and issue details. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days; replacements will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
Non-Eligible Returns: Size/color changes, minor product variations, or customer-damaged items are not covered.

xAt Animecult, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order within a few hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed for printing yet. Once the order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
