Return and Refund Policy

1. Order Issues

  • Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide a clear description and photographs of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Size Exchanges

  • Wrong Size Received: If you received a different size than what you ordered (for example, you ordered size L but received size XL), we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange the exchange once the incorrect item is returned in its original condition.

3. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary return address.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or misprinted item.

4. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or misprinted items that cannot be replaced.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Products: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Used or Washed Items: Items that have been used or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.
