At Animecult, we strive for your satisfaction. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer free returns and exchanges. Here's how it works:
Eligible for Returns/Exchanges: Defective, damaged, or wrong items received. Report within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

How to Return: Contact us at contact@animecult.in with your order number and issue details. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days; replacements will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Non-Eligible Returns: Size/color changes, minor product variations, or customer-damaged items are not covered.

At Animecult, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order within a few hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed for printing yet. Once the order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Cancel:
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@animecult.in. If the order hasn’t entered the printing stage, we’ll be happy to assist you. After your order is in production, cancellations are not possible, but we offer returns and exchanges for eligible items once they arrive.

At Animecult, every item is made just for you using a print-on-demand model. Production Time: 2–5 business days

Shipping Time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location

Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
